- Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 14 business days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Certain items, such as custom-made or perishable goods, may not be eligible for returns.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at paraj@parafit.in. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a reason for the return. We will provide you with the return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food or plants)
- Personal care items where hygiene is a concern
- Items that have been opened or used and cannot be resold as new
- Condition of Return
Returned goods must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. If the item is damaged or used, a refund may not be granted.
- Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the return within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
