1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Delhi NCR, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Please make sure your address and pin code are accurate when you place your order.
2. Delivery Slot
All meals are delivered fresh every morning between 6:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Please be available during this window to receive your order.
3. In-House Delivery Team
Your order is delivered by our own delivery riders. The rider will call you during your delivery slot to coordinate the handover.\
4. Please Be Reachable
Keep your phone nearby and your number active during the 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM window.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to collect the order.
If you are unable to receive the order, let us know in advance through the website/app.
5. Missed Deliveries
Our rider will attempt to reach you by phone. If the call is not answered or the delivery is missed, the rider will move on to the next location to keep other customer's deliveries on time. Meals missed for this reason will be treated as delivered, and Maa Ki Rasoi will not be responsible for the loss, and no refund, replacement or rescheduling will be offered.
6. Check Your Menu Daily
Our menu is fixed for each plan, but changes can happen. We recommend checking the menu on the website/app every day so you know what to expect.
7. Menu Changes, Pause & Block Requests
If you want to change a meal, pause, or block a delivery, you must do this one day prior, before 6:00 PM.
Requests made after 6:00 PM will apply from the following day's delivery. Meals for the day will already be in preparation and cannot be changed, paused, or refunded.
All changes are managed through the website/app.
8. Delivery Timing Delays
While we do our best to deliver within the slot, delays may occasionally happen due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll keep you informed wherever possible.9. Support & How to Reach Us
