Maa Ki Rasoi is a healthy meal subscription service delivering homely, freshly cooked food to your doorstep every day. No cooking, no planning, just home-style food you can count on.
What makes your food different from regular tiffin services?
Every meal is prepared with 100% cold pressed oils, with zero added preservatives. Our menus are varied and protein forward, drawing from Indian, Mediterranean, Asian, and continental influences. Not just plain comfort food, but food that's genuinely healthy.
Since when have you been serving?
Maa Ki Rasoi has been serving since 2019.
Is the food cooked fresh every day?
Yes. Meals are freshly prepared and delivered each morning. Nothing is pre-cooked and frozen in advance.

What meal plan categories do you offer?
Healthy homely subscription plan, so you can pick a plan that actually fits how you eat.
Do I choose my meals daily, or is it a fixed menu?
Each plan follows a set/fixed menu designed by our team, rotated to keep things varied. This keeps plans affordable while still being healthy and balanced.
Can I switch between plan mid-subscription?
Yes. Switches take effect from your next billing cycle, not immediately on request.
Subscriptions & Duration
What subscription durations are available?
You can choose a 3 Day, 2 weeks, or 4 weeks plan.
How many meals can I get per day?
You can select 1, 2, 3, or 4 meals a day, depending on your plan.
Can I pause or skip a day?
Yes. Pauses and skips are managed directly through your account on our website/app, so you're always in control.
Can I change my delivery schedule or address?
Yes, schedule and address changes can be updated anytime through your account on the website/app.
Does my subscription auto-renew?
No, subscriptions do not auto-renew. You'll need to manually resubscribe once your plan ends.
Delivery
What time will my meal be delivered?
All meals are delivered once a day in a single fresh morning slot, between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM.
Do multi-meal plans get delivered separately through the day?
No. Even on multi-meal plans, all of that day's meals arrive together in the single 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM morning delivery slot.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Delhi NCR, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
What if I'm not home during the delivery window?
Please reach out to our support team, and they'll help sort out a resolution.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods except Cash on Delivery (COD).
Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
Yes, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
What if I receive a wrong or poor quality meal?
Reach out to our support team within 2-3 business hours of delivery with details, and we'll make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
